We are currently hiring a Business Support Officer. This is a new and exciting role which will help shape the way we work globally across Tunstall. This role offers hybrid working and will be based out of our Manchester offices. What will you be doing in this role? The Business Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support for the Technology leadership team as directed by the Group Change Director including organisation of venues, travel and materials for regular monthly and quarterly Technology Leadership events. The Ideal candidate: You will have proven experience of working in a business function in a support capacity. Good organisation skills, attention to detail and computer literacy are all key in this role. Required skills and experience Outstanding organisation skills, tenacious with a strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong PC skills across the MS Office suite. A willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent collaboration skills. Capable of managing own workload and priorities, multi-tasking as required. A self-starter who is proactive and able to develop solutions to problems. Comfortable when working with highly sensitive or confidential information. Required competencies A good team player with a 'can do' attitude Flexible and adaptable to meet changing requirements and priorities Ability to manage high workload with sometimes competing priorities Organised approach and able to take own initiative Ability to work with multiple senior managers with mixed demands and requirements Desirable skills and experience Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Administrator is desirable. Some of your key day to day tasks will be Provide day to day administration support to ensure smooth running of the Technology function, for example administrative support for the recruitment governance process. Provide ad hoc logistical and administration support for the Technology leadership team (Directors and Heads of), including maintenance of the leadership team meeting cadence calendar / invitation management / ensuring reporting packs are completed by the leadership team. Ensure the Manchester office is a great place to work; office facilities reflect a dynamic & collaborative working environment, troubleshoot any issues and meets the needs of colleagues working there. Maintain general oversight of the Manchester office, including allocation of access passes, usage levels and tracking associated costs. Maintain the Technology induction pack and for Manchester based colleagues organise and host welcome and induction meetings for new starters. Ensure 'back office' processes are in place and up to date, including maintenance of Technology distribution lists and organisation charts. Maintain and update Technology's team & Sharepoint sites. Co-ordinate the schedule and arrangements for employee engagement activities, such as 'Brunch and Learn', All Hands etc, ensuring all sessions are recorded and shared afterwards. Provide ad hoc administrative support for the PMO team Act as super user for the Technology learning platforms to manage licences, grant access and run utilisation reporting.
