What you will be doing:
Night Audit / check ins and outs
Maintain the highest level of hotel security, health & safety and Fire awareness
Organise and take responsibility of book-outs
Deal with Guest Complaints in an efficient manner
Conduct Team Training
Be a key member of the Duty Management team
Assisting guests with their varied requests and provide excellent customer service
Able to work to tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate for this position:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence and have the CARE attitude.
Able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Has a good command of the English language, both spoken and written?
Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
Computer literate with knowledge of the OnQ insider system would be an advantage.
