The Role As an Audit Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audits, working closely with clients, and supporting juniors within the team. No two days will be the same — you’ll be: * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Managing your own portfolio (where appropriate) and supporting senior colleagues on larger assignments * Planning audits, identifying key risk areas, and finding the most efficient ways to gather evidence * Delegating, supervising, and reviewing the work of juniors and seniors * Taking ownership of critical audit areas on key projects * Keeping on top of filing deadlines and ensuring compliance is met * Highlighting opportunities to add value to clients beyond the audit itself About You We’re looking for someone who: * Is ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualified (newly qualified or with up to 1 year PQE) * Has experience working in practice * Brings strong technical skills with systems such as Excel, Word, Sage, Alpha Tax, CaseWare, VPM/Central * Has experience supervising or mentoring others * Is client-focused, commercially aware, and a confident communicator * Can juggle multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment What’s on Offer This firm knows that people perform at their best when they’re supported and rewarded.
