Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll own the end‑to‑end global demand generation strategy, designing and executing full‑funnel programmes that engage prospects and customers across the entire buyer journey. You’ll lead a high‑performing, international team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. This role is central to our go‑to‑market engine: you will own pipeline targets for a diverse portfolio of programmes (content, events, ABM, syndication, outbound) and oversee the full demand generation budget with a relentless focus on ROI. Responsibilities Strategic planning: Develop global and regional demand generation plans that drive awareness, generate new and upsell pipeline, and advance opportunities through the funnel. GTM alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to align lead definitions, coordinate campaigns, execute follow‑ups, and monitor conversions to ensure seamless GTM execution. Brand‑to‑demand integration: Work with Corporate and Product Marketing to ensure campaigns reinforce Benifex’s brand, thought leadership, and product milestones. KPIs & measurement: Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations to map full‑funnel goals, identify leading indicators, and optimise our tech stack (CRM, MAP, intent data, attribution tools) for accurate tracking and reporting. Innovation & evolution: Experiment with emerging technologies and tactics — including AI, conversational marketing, ABM/ABX — with a clear eye on ROI. Agency management: Select and manage agencies and freelancers to augment in‑house capability within budget. Team leadership: Mentor and develop a team of UK‑ and Stockholm‑based specialists, nurturing a culture of growth, innovation, and accountability. What are we looking for? Senior leader with deep experience in B2B demand generation in SaaS, ideally in HR tech (we're open to other sectors!) Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering high‑performing, full‑funnel programmes Experience owning a marketing budget (£1.5m) with a successful ROI track record Strong analytical skills, able to translate data into insights and strategy Experience leading and developing high‑performing teams A collaborative mindset with the ability to align and influence cross‑functional stakeholders Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, scaling environment Even if you don't meet all of the requirements for this role, we encourage you to apply!
