Pay rate: £155 – £220 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Drama Teacher to join a vibrant school in Sheffield from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to foster confidence, expression, and collaboration among students through the performing arts.
As a Drama Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons in drama and performance, nurturing students’ imagination, public speaking, and teamwork skills across Key Stages.
Responsibilities as a Drama Teacher:
* Teach Drama across Key Stages.
* Develop lesson plans that explore theatre, improvisation, and performance.
* Encourage self-expression and group collaboration.
* Support extracurricular activities, including school plays and drama clubs.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Requirements for Drama Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
* Specialism in Drama or Performing Arts.
* Prior experience teaching Drama in UK schools.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Provide a full CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps clearly explained.
