ROLE: Facilities Manager
LOCATION: Ellesmere port (Vauxhall)

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more sites, ensuring all contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements.

This is a pivotal role where you will act as the operational lead on site, resolving issues swiftly and professionally to ensure the smooth, safe, and compliant running of facilities.

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities services across single or multiple sites
2. Ensure all services are delivered in line with legal, regulatory, statutory, and client requirements
3. Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, responding promptly and professionally
4. Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance across all service areas
5. Ensure sites operate efficiently while meeting all contractual obligations

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

6. Solid general education and a relevant qualification in Facilities Management
7. Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry
8. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
9. Demonstrated commitment to excellence and a customer-focused approach
