Role Overview
Apple Engineer – Location: London, Duration: 6 months.
As an Apple Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up and managing our fleet of corporate MacBooks through software, ensuring they remain secure and compliant. This initiative is currently in its pilot stage, and you will play a pivotal role in getting this initiative off the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting up, managing, and maintaining corporate MacBooks through software to ensure full compliance.
* Oversee the administration tools used for configuring devices, deploying updates, and turning features on or off across the Apple stack.
* Write code to support the management, configuration, and automation of Apple devices.
* Communicate with stakeholders, field questions, and provide technical support to non‑technical colleagues.
* Proactively manage own workload to drive this newly formed pilot initiative forward.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience using Jamf tools, specifically on both the Protect and Connect sides.
* Active Jamf certification for managing software on corporate devices.
* Proven experience managing Apple environments in a mid‑to‑large organization (companies of at least 100+ employees).
* Strong code writing skills and deep technical knowledge of MacBooks.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
