Repton Manor Primary School is a vibrant, nurturing and forward-thinking school within the Lightyear Federation. We are seeking an 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, to join our Reception Team.

About the Role
The post is 30 hours a week 39 weeks/311 days a year pro-rata. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher and our SEN Teacher to meet the needs of an individual child requiring additional support. It is essential to have experience of working with children who have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
About You
We are looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant who:
1. Is an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a proven track record of improving outcomes.
2. Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire, motivate and empower others.
3. Has a deep understanding of inclusive and nurturing practices and is able to apply this to their everyday practice when supporting teaching and learning with children
4. Has a Teaching Assistant qulaification of level i.e. a degree.
5. Has good Mathematical and English skills with the approrpiate qualifications
