Job Description\n\nBank Scrub Practitioner- Blakelands Hospital - Bank Hours\n\nThe Role\n\nTo succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong clinical background in acute surgical care. We are looking for a dynamic and positive individual to ensure the Theatre department is Safe, Effective, Responsive, Caring, and Well Led.\n\nThe successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Theatre team, developing excellent working relationships with staff members, consultants and key stakeholders.\n\nThey will assist in driving sustainable excellence in the safety and quality of care and services.\n\nThey will support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against required standards, identifying risks to quality of care and services and planning, recommending /implementing changes for continuous improvement.\n\nWhere you’ll be based\n\nBlakelands Hospital located in Milton Keynes opened in 2006 and is a purpose built day case unit that provides convenient, effective and high quality treatment for patients who are medically insured, self-paying and funded by the NHS.
