National Account Manager
Location: London (need to be in the office in Shoreditch at least twice a week - Core Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays)

National Account Manager - Grocery
We're on the hunt for a go-getter who lives and breathes grocery, knows the UK supermarket scene inside out, and loves building relationships that
really
move the needle.
You'll work closely with our Head of Sales, Helen, to grow our retail footprint, while collaborating with our fab Marketing team to make sure our brand shines brightly on shelf.
You will take ownership of at least 2 of our National Grocery Accounts with the opportunity to take on more as the business grows.

What you'll be doing:
Win in Grocery
* Drive growth with our existing retail partners (Tesco, Asda, Ocado, and more) and unlock exciting new opportunities in UK grocery.
Be the Customer's Go-To Partner
* Build strong, strategic relationships with our retail buyers, becoming the trusted face of Better Nature in the grocery world.
Commercial Hustle
* Own your numbers: from forecasting and P&L to pricing and promo strategy, you'll know the detail and drive profitability.
Deliver Brilliant Joint Business Plans
* Craft and execute ambitious JBPs that deliver for both our customers and for Better Nature – from promotions to NPD launches.
Spot New Opportunities
* Identify gaps on shelf and trends in category data, pitching bold, creative solutions that put our tempeh in more baskets.
Cross-Functional Dream Team Player
* Partner with Marketing to deliver high-impact shopper campaigns, and with Supply Chain to ensure our retailers are always stocked up.
Smash Targets (and Celebrate Wins)
* Always push for better – whether that's in volume, distribution, or visibility – and enjoy the ride along the way.
What would make you perfect for this role:
* You've managed national grocery accounts at either NAE or NAM level (e.g. Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Co-op, Waitrose, or Ocado).
* Commercially savvy with a proven track record of exceeding sales growth targets.
* Detail-driven, with strong P&L, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
* Confident in turning category data into compelling, insight-led narratives
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing scale-up environment.
* A relationship builder - credible, persuasive, and great at making people feel valued.
* Passionate about health, sustainability, and our mission to supercharge the protein aisle
