Job Description
You will be responsible for planning and coordinating orders into the production plan, ensuring timely and complete logistics for pickups and deliveries through effective communication and planning.
Your Responsibilities
* Plan all bulk, retail, oat, and drink orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Liaise with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of packaging and products.
* Maintain accurate stock levels on SAGE 200 and communicate with relevant departments to align stock with sales forecasts.
* Manage relationships with logistics companies to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
* Investigate and resolve customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure all export customs documentation is accurate and complete.
* Perform additional tasks as required by the business.
Skills and Experience
* Experience with Sage 200 accounting software.
* Ability to analyze data effectively.
* Knowledge of BRC standards and requirements.
* Experience monitoring KPIs such as Order in Time in Full, Warehouse GMP Audit, and Orders produced in time and in full.
