Lester Aldridge LLP is looking for a proactive and people-focused P&C Operations Manager to oversee the seamless delivery of our People services. This is your chance to shape how we support our colleagues, streamline processes, and align our people strategy with business goals.
What You’ll Do
• Lead day-to-day P&C operations across the full employee lifecycle
• Manage payroll and benefits with precision and care
• Coach and develop a high-performing P&C operations team
• Own our HR systems and data (Access – People HR)
• Drive process improvements and tech upgrades
• Ensure compliance and keep policies sharp and user-friendly
• Enhance employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
