The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans—no planning required
* Support students with a wide range of additional needs
* Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
* Work closely with teachers and specialist SEN staff
* Build valuable experience in behaviour and SEN strategies
