Your new role
* We are looking for a Quality Improvement Manager to join our growing Quality department here at RoslinCT.
* You will support the Head of Quality to lead and coordinate the Quality function across the business, with a primary focus on developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS).
* You will play a key leadership role in driving Quality Improvement initiatives, building and leading a team of Quality Engineers, ensuring effective regulatory compliance and risk management.
* Lead the QMS team, focusing on investigation simplification, robust root cause analysis, and effective CAPAs.
* Deliver training on investigation techniques, root cause analysis, and CAPA effectiveness.
* Generate and maintain the site Risk Register and ensure visibility of key risks across stakeholders.
* Drive continuous Quality Improvement across all UK sites.
* Lead Quality Improvement initiatives and the generation of key quality metrics.
* Facilitate and lead forums such as the Quality Review Board, CAPA team, change control team, and participate in the Quality Committee.
* Ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements (e.g., MHRA, HTA, FDA).
* Support and deputise for the Head of Quality when required.
* Regularly report on QMS performance and risk-based deficiencies.
* Ensure quality systems are in place for document control, investigations, and change control.
* Recruit, coach, and motivate Quality staff to maintain high performance and capability.
* Represent RoslinCT at customer audits, regulatory inspections, and industry events.
About You
* You will have extensive experience of leading Quality Improvement initiatives.
* Competence in investigation, root cause analysis, and risk management strategies.
* A deep understanding of GMP and Quality Management Systems.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Competence in investigation, root cause analysis, and risk management strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to manage stakeholder expectations.
* Experience of representing Quality in audits, inspections, and high-stakes meetings.
* Passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
Qualifications
* An Honours degree in a relevant life science or equivalent qualification.
