We are looking for an experienced and passionate Area Manager for our franchise team in our Southcoast (East and West Sussex) Area.
You will be responsible for the successful operations of 5-7 stores and will report to the Operations Manager.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with the attitude of always outperforming targets and goals whilst still focusing on being a team player. The majority of your time will be spent in our stores working with the management team to drive the business whilst developing new ideas and ensuring that brand standards are achieved.
You will also be working closely with the franchise senior management team to formulate business strategies and initiatives for the future whilst driving store progress against targets. You will set and oversee standard operating procedures and store service standards whilst ensuring agreed brand standards are achieved.
