Our client, one of the UK's leading names in their industry, are looking for experienced Administrator to join their customer service team at their site in Birchwood, Warrington. As a member of the customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing and maintaining an excellent service level to customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
* Processing orders on SAP system
* Creating and sending invoices and taking payments from customers
* Reconciling purchase orders with the vendors' delivery notes and invoices
* Updating and maintain documents, systems and databases
* Process incoming enquiries
* Answering phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
* General Office duties deemed appropriate by management
* Welcoming visitors and clients in a polite, professional and friendly manner
* Prepare meeting areas in advance of events
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent organisation skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Competent user of Microsoft Office
* Working knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
