About The Role: Main Purpose: To assist and support the Maintenance Supervisor to deliver a comprehensive service to our client. To carry out PPM tasks and reactive works on various contracts within the Business Unit to ensure compliance with contractual and legislative requirements while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and customer care. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for the compliance with contractual requirements. Responsible for the completion of all reactive work in a timely manner to meet the SLAs of the specific contract and in compliance with Company Policy. Responsible for the Health & Safety compliance of the East Lothian Schools Contract in line with good industry practice and in compliance with Company Policy. Maintain and update the Information Management System, in compliance with Company Policy and Standards. Responsible for the completion of all Electrical PPM & Reactive tasks in the East Lothian Schools Contract in line with good industry practice and in compliance with Company Policy. Responsible for the provision of M&E Plant, including providing condition reports. Responsible for the delivery of Lifecycle works. These duties and responsibilities may be changed in accordance with the needs of the company; the post holder may be required to provide support to holders of other posts according to changes in workload and patterns of working.
