Assistant Commercial Manager

Location: Farringdon and Nottingham
We are seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to join our Commercial Team within the Fire Remediation and Major Works Department at MTVH, based in Farringdon, London, or Beeston, Nottingham.
Our multi-year programme aims to deliver fire safety remedial works across our property portfolio. The Commercial Team plays a crucial role in this success. To accelerate delivery, we are strengthening the team, and the new Assistant Commercial Manager will be vital in achieving our goals.
About the role:
You will support all pre-construction remedial activities within the Commercial Team. Your responsibilities include negotiating with original contractors on legacy projects, assisting with procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors for multi-million-pound remediation projects, and ensuring comprehensive handover information is provided to the Delivery Team. Your contribution will be key to securing successful outcomes.
