The Role
As Revenue Manager, you will:
* Take ownership of a key route, driving revenue performance through data‑led pricing and commercial strategy.
* Lead and deliver internal revenue management initiatives, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution.
* Support and coach a relatively junior team, helping uplift capability and performance.
* Collaborate closely with analysts, using insights to adjust pricing, optimise yield, and maximise revenue.
* Manage workflows effectively while maintaining high day‑to‑day performance across your portfolio.
* Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement, accuracy, and commercial impact.
Your Skills & Experience
You will need:
* Strong experience in revenue management or yield management.
* A highly numerical and analytical mindset, with advanced Excel skills.
* Demonstrable commercial impact in previous roles.
* Preference for candidates with transport sector experience due to the complexity and pace of revenue decision‑making.
* Experience coaching or mentoring others is highly advantageous.
