Salary: £50,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Full Stack Software Developer with experience working in an agile team. We require strong knowledge of front-end languages including HTML, JavaScript and CSS. We require good knowledge of back-end languages, preferably Java or C#. We require experience with a JavaScript framework such as React or Angular. We require an understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. We require experience with SQL-based databases such as Postgres and/or SQL Server. We require experience using a design prototyping tool such as Figma. We require strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex issues and develop innovative solutions. We require the right to work and live in the UK long-term, as we are unable to sponsor overseas candidates. Responsibilities: We design and develop responsive, accessible user interfaces. We develop and document APIs in a microservices architecture. We create Postman and unit tests that can be automated. We participate in planning and estimation during sprint planning sessions. We integrate with third-party APIs and web services. We identify opportunities to adopt modern practices, methodologies or frameworks. We investigate and resolve support calls from customers and our internal support team. We build and maintain web-based applications that support healthcare organisations. We work within a microservices architecture, typically using Java microservices and a React front end. We contribute to the delivery of secure, well-coded and scalable applications.
