About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team on a part-time basis. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting activities across our expanding multi-site operation.

Currently operating across 5 sites, we are set to grow to 30+ sites over the next 5 years – so this is a great opportunity to grow your experience within a scaling and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations
* Managing accounts payable and receivable
* Reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies
* Liaising with various departments across all sites to ensure accurate financial records
* Supporting the month-end process and financial reporting
* Assisting with the implementation of financial controls and procedures
* Producing clear reports to be distributed across senior management.

About You

* Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance assistant role
* Confident working independently and communicating across multiple teams and departments
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in accounting software – experience with Xero is highly desirable
* Familiarity with is advantageous
* Comfortable supporting a business through a period of significant growth
