What you'll be doing:
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and contact potential customers - comfortable making up to 100+ outbound calls per day
* Virtual Meetings: Conduct product demonstrations and consultations via Zoom/Teams
* Sales Cycle Management: Provide quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales
* Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers
* CRM Use: Keep accurate records of leads and pipeline using HubSpot
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator - someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with new people
* Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry to succeed
* Background in science (Chemistry or Life Sciences preferred) OR experience in a lab environment
* Previous telesales experience (especially within the scientific/technical sector) is highly desirable but not essential
