Each intern receives a customised learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Lead Sports Scientist within the U18 and U21 squads, ranging from help with pitch-based sessions or gym-based sessions as well as pre- and post-session interventions.
* Provide support to the day release programme for the YDP squads to further develop players alongside the Academy Sport Scientist.
