Job Description
3. Overseeing financial operations for the two UK subsidiary businesses.
4. Monitoring and analysing revenue, expenses, cash flows and balance sheets.
5. Improving profitability and contributing to strategic financial planning.
6. Managing the budget process and presenting financial performance to senior management.
7. Preparing and examining financial records on a monthly and quarterly basis.
8. Ensuring compliance with tax/HMRC guidelines.
9. Supporting the group audit process.
10. Implementing process improvements to facilitate growth and optimize financial procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Finance should have:
11. A relevant CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification,
12. Proven experience in a similar role.
13. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
14. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment.
