We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Housing Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Leaders to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of services to customers who need additional support to sustain their tenancies and improve their wellbeing.
With experience in a similar environment, ideally supporting customers directly on the frontline, you will have the skills to engage confidently with both customers and colleagues, build positive working relationships, manage a varied workload, and make informed decisions under pressure.
You will manage your own caseload of customers with a range of additional needs, some of whom may require intensive support to maintain their tenancies and enhance their wellbeing. In addition, you will play a key role in supporting Housing Support Officers who work directly with customers, ensuring they are equipped to meet a wide range of housing support needs.
Auditing caseloads will be an important part of this role, helping to ensure that every customer receives the right level of support from the Housing Support Team. You will also gather and use customer feedback to help shape and improve the service we deliver.
As a Senior Housing Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing duty rotas to ensure there is always a consistent Housing Support Officer presence in the office to assist customers who present at Cornerstone.
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
