Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our Air B and B team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are well-presented and meet our high standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including bedroom, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standard within specified timeframes.
* Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
* Maintain a positive relationship with clients and respond to their needs or concerns professionally.
* Maintain a 4.9 star rating on air B and B
* To be available for pre check ins.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Fully flexible and willing to work weekends
* Self motivated.
* Organised.
* Have a strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
