You don’t need prior experience in PIE or TIP to apply - we’ll support you to learn and develop these approaches in the role. What you will be doing: By adopting a flexible and creative approach to support, you will enable young people to build their independent living skills and move into employment, training or education. Through being committed to your work; you will use your initiative and you will take a proactive approach to problem solving. By adopting a confident approach, you will assess and support young people appropriately to manage risks. Being curious and keen to develop your skills and understanding, you will take steps to build on your working knowledge of housing management. Being vigilant and responsible, you will ensure our properties provide a safe and welcoming home environment for our young people. Through effective joint working with a range of external partners, you will ensure young people receive considered and consistent support in a way that works for them. By being well organised and efficient, you will maintain accurate and timely records to support effective and appropriate information sharing. Requirement to join our on-call rota up to five weeks a year (pro rata for part time employees) Contract type: Permanent Pay: £31,537 - £33,143 per annum (pro rata) starting at the bottom of the scale, plus on-call allowance of £150 per week (5 weeks requirement per annum, pro rata) The location: You will be based in central Bristol, with a requirement to travel across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
