* Directed all digital marketing activities such as CRM systems, email campaigns, social media, SEO, web management, display advertising, and on-hold marketing, maintaining consistent optimisation and brand alignment.
* Identified and pursued new market opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring, while building stakeholder relationships and representing the company at events to expand reach and network.
* Collaborated with cross-functional teams and reported regularly to senior management on performance, while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards and maintaining effective, outcome-focused processes.
