Implement strategies outlined in the student's Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP). Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to deliver consistent support. Encourage social and emotional development, communication, and independence. Support personal care needs, where required, with dignity and professionalism. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. 1:1 Teaching Assistant Requirements: Previous experience supporting children with additional needs, preferably on a 1:1 basis. CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistance, Childcare, or Health & Social Care is desirable. Patient, empathetic, and adaptable in approach.
