Can you help support a young person with SEND and or mental health issues to take their next steps after college? We are looking for a person who is passionate about working with young people, who is organised, professional, compassionate, resilient, safeguarding aware, hardworking and with, if possible, a good knowledge of the Gatsby Benchmarks.
You would be a part of our Personal Development team, working in Swale where 3 of our 6 sites are. Your role would be working directly with the college students supporting their careers/progression advice, work experience placements and student voice opportunities. You would work with and build relationships with local employers and across The Brogdale CIC suite of companies providing the link for their work experience placement.
Experience preferred and GCSE English proficient.
Driver licence required.
