We're now looking for a Lettings Coordinator to be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and ensures our clients get the best possible experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming landlords, tenants, and applicants – both in person and over the phone – and making sure they feel looked after.
* Organising viewings, move-ins, and property inspections.
* Preparing tenancy paperwork (applications, references, agreements) and keeping everything compliant with the latest lettings regulations.
* Updating property adverts, arranging photos, and making sure listings look their best online.
* Liaising with contractors to arrange repairs and maintenance when needed.
* Keeping our records and systems up to date with property, landlord, and tenant details.
* Supporting the lettings team day-to-day and jumping in where needed to keep things moving.
What We're Looking For
* Someone organised who enjoys keeping things tidy and on track.
* A good communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
* Comfortable juggling lots of different tasks in a busy environment.
* Computer-savvy (experience with property software is a bonus)
* Knowledge of lettings or property management is handy – but if you're a fast learner with the right attitude, we'll support you with training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
