Telford office based
Monday - Friday - full time hours

Job role/duties
•Process and track invoices and receipts
•Prepare weekly payment runs
•Update the system with payment information / transaction details
•Set up new customers & suppliers
•Apply codes to incoming invoices
•Reconcile expenses for management review
•Send out weekly statements
•Run inventory reports
•Daily bank reconciliation
•Perform administrative tasks as required
To be considered for this role you MUST:
Possess highly competent IT skills
Be highly organised and able to work to deadlines
Have a good standard of education
Be highly literate & numerate
Possess excellent written & verbal communication skills
