Overview
Our client is a newly founded car finance brokerage within a reputable motor dealership.
We are looking for an experienced sales specialist to contact prospective customers from warm leads (no cold calling) and support them with sourcing and financing their vehicle.
Responsibilities
* Contact warm leads to build relationships and understand customer requirements.
* Problem‑solve and offer alternative financing solutions when the preferred option is not available.
* Maximise conversions through to pay‑out.
* Follow up quickly on leads and maintain a high degree of self‑motivation.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a car finance sales executive or within a car finance brokerage.
* Documented record of sales success.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Motivated to work independently and deliver results.
Compensation and Benefits
£57,000 plus excellent bonus structure and benefits package. Company car and bonus may vary based on experience.
