Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, maintaining a calm and focused learning environment
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively and follow school policies
* Support students with their learning and encourage active participation
* Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity of learning
Ideal Candidate
* Experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting
* Confident in managing classroom behaviour and engaging students
* Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different subjects and age groups
* Familiar with the Cirencester area and local transport routes
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
