We currently have full time and part time community support worker positions available across Camborne and Redruth.

A typical day at Calton House will include supporting our amazing clients to access the community and be able to undertake activities that meet their own individual needs. These could include social activities such as trips to local tourist attractions, cinema and theatre outings, eating out or even supporting them to go on holidays in the UK or abroad.
in addition to social activities, as a support worker you will be closely involved in ensuring that clients' activities of daily living needs are met. This will include meal planning, shopping, attending medical appointments, support in preparing meals and encouraging them to maintain their home environment.
All our staff are supported by experienced Team Leaders and Care Managers. Our incredible management team provide a friendly and welcoming approach to all staff. They will be there to support and encourage you as you progress with your career journey at Calton House.

What we ask from you:
* Driving licence preferred but not essential if you are prepared to use public transport

* An ability to be able to work flexibly, which includes Monday to Friday and Weekends
