Key Responsibilities P&L reviews & cost management Fee forecasting, revenue & accrual management Budget & Forecast preparation Oversee disbursements processes Line managing finance administrators Labour allocations & salary sheet reviews Ad-hoc projects as necessary Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships with stakeholders and client's team. Manage and initiate change driving, and driven by, growth. Build and develop high level relationships across the regions. Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility. Represent the business.
