Job Title: HR and Training Executive
Location: Slough
Hours: Monday - Friday / (Apply online only) (30 min break)
Salary: Up to £26,000 (depending on experience)
Duties - HR and Training Executive
Responsible for supporting all administrative HR activities for end-to-end Employee Lifecycle.
Supporting recruitment processes, including handling of the application and shortlisting process, liaising with
candidates and scheduling of interviews, supporting hiring managers with interviews, preparing offers and contracts of employment, referencing, and collecting required documentation at offer stage, DBS checks and document compliance.
Supporting and coordinating the onboarding process for new starters, including scheduling and delivery of all inductions.
Responsible for tracking CAA Regulations and compliance is met.
Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR information system (Success Factors) with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes and leavers on the system.
Dealing with day-to-day HR queries and advising in line with the current policies and procedures.
Supporting low level ER cases.
Producing informative reports using the HRIS.
Maintaining all trackers and associated processes.
Support companywide and local training initiatives, with the development of training interventions through LinkedIn Learning and local agendas and event facilities.
Other Ad Hoc HR duties when required.
Requirements - HR and Training Executive
HR Qualified or working towards HR Qualification.
Experience of working in an administrative support role (ideally HR), providing high quality and timely work.
On-Site availability, 5 days per week, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
