Provide 1:1 and small group support to students as needed. Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment. Resource Management: Organise and prepare teaching materials. Ensure that resources are readily available for teachers and students. Printing and organising resources for sessions. Assist in the setup and organisation of classroom activities. Student Interaction: Build positive relationships with students to foster a conducive learning atmosphere. Offer additional support to students who may require it. Supervise and support students during break times and extracurricular activities. Administrative Tasks: Assist in record-keeping, including attendance and progress reports.
