This role is about impact: shaping how we grow, how we lead, and how we support our teams through change. This role sits within the UK People team, reports into the UK Partnering Director, and partners directly with the Commercial Leadership Team. If you’re ready to make a real impact— connecting people strategy to commercial outcomes—we’d love to hear from you. • Partner with commercial leaders to co-create a people plan that supports transformation, performance, and growth. • Act as a coach and challenger—helping leaders build high-performing, inclusive teams. • Lead change with empathy and clarity, ensuring colleagues feel informed, engaged, and supported. • Use data and insight to guide decisions, anticipate workforce needs, and shape future capability. • Build talent pipelines and succession plans that unlock career progression and leadership development. • Champion a culture of feedback, recognition, and inclusion—where everyone feels they belong. • Collaborate across the People function to deliver seamless, joined-up solutions that meet business needs. • Experience influencing senior leaders and shaping people strategy in a fast-paced, complex environment. • Strong commercial acumen and a bias for action. • Confidence in leading change, solving problems, and coaching at the executive level. • Passion for inclusion, wellbeing, and creating a great colleague experience. • Curiosity, candor, and a collaborative mindset.
