Job Title: Commercial Account Handler
Salary: £30K – £45K + Bonus
Location: Oxford | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Your Role
* Work alongside Account Executives on a broad mix of commercial clients
* Handle cases typically between £10K–£100K GWP
* Manage renewals, MTAs and policy documentation
* Liaise confidently with clients, insurers and underwriters
* Support new business and onboarding activity
* Ensure FCA compliance and internal best practice
* Be an active part of a collaborative, well-established team
What They’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience in commercial broking/account handling
* Solid knowledge across key commercial lines (property, liability, motor etc.)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator and relationship builder
* Proactive, team-focused approach
* CII qualified or working towards it (ideal, not essential)
* Based in Oxford or commutable distance
