We’re looking for a skilled Manual Machinist with welding experience to step into a key role within our small, friendly engineering team.
You’ll be working within a small team and supporting a wide range of machining and fabrication tasks. If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and being the go‑to person for hands‑on engineering, this is a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing as the Manual Machinist
* Manual machining using manual lathes and manual mills
* TIG welding of stainless steel (training available if needed)
* Occasional brazing and general fabrication work
* Producing high‑quality, accurate components for internal use
* Working collaboratively with a small, supportive team
What We’re Looking For in the Manual Machinist
* Essential: Strong manual machining experience (Milling and turning)
* Desirable: Any welding experience (TIG is ideal but not essential)
* Someone comfortable being the sole machinist on site
* A practical, hands‑on engineer who enjoys problem‑solving
* Willingness to learn and upskill where needed
