About the Role: Internal Recruitment Manager
We’re looking for an Internal Recruitment Manager to lead our busy recruitment function, build a best-in-class candidate experience, and attract exceptional talent to our growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire: Manage and develop our Recruitment Support Officer, ensuring consistent, high-quality candidate experiences.
* Strategic Talent Acquisition: Act as our in-house head-hunter, identifying and onboarding top-tier talent across the UK using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruitment methods.
* Brand Building: Enhance our employer brand through social media, Glassdoor, and EVP initiatives.
* Process Ownership: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle—from job adverts to interviews and onboarding.
* Collaborative Partnering: Work closely with hiring managers to define success profiles and improve recruitment outcomes.
* Innovation & Improvement: Develop new attraction strategies, interview frameworks, and agency relationships.
* Future Planning: Build and maintain a proactive talent pool and support workforce planning.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in recruitment management or senior talent acquisition roles
* Strong headhunting and candidate sourcing skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Passion for employer branding and candidate experience
* Experience with recruitment systems, social media strategy, and agency management
* A proactive, strategic mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
