The Opportunity
Spirehouse is working with a well‑respected and long established firm with offices located across Worcestershire.
The firm are seeking to recruit a Company Commercial Solicitor for their Worcester office, in a role which offers a clear pathway to Partnership.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm with a strong, longstanding client base and a supportive friendly team.
With a company client base of mostly of private limited companies and family businesses; work includes company matters as well as significant property‑related tasks and some focus on rural / agricultural clients as well.
Responsibilities
* Independently manage a caseload of corporate and commercial matters, to include approximately 40% commercial property.
* Provide expert guidance on freehold and leasehold commercial property and associated finance matters.
* Business sales and acquisitions
* Company share sales and company restructuring as well as company administration.
* Landlord and tenant matters.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years’ PQE in company commercial law
* A strong client orientation.
