Job Description:
My client is a leading professional services firm with multiple sites across the UK, seeking a new member for their prudential risk team to work across their 1st and 2nd line risk functions. You will cover aspects of market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk, playing a key role in implementing their prudential risk framework and supporting clients.
The role offers flexibility for remote work but requires occasional visits to the London, Birmingham, or Manchester offices.

I am looking to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
* Understanding of Prudential Regulations to develop policies that meet regulatory standards.
* ACCA / ACA or CIMA qualification.
* Comfort working between the 1st and 2nd lines of defense.
* Experience with credit risk, liquidity risk, or operational risk frameworks, including ICAAP and ILAAP reporting.
* Ability to build relationships across business areas to ensure policy implementation.
* Capability to work closely with senior management and operational teams to embed policies.
* Ability to challenge users to ensure policy adherence.
