Based in Birmingham within the hospitality sector, this permanent role requires a project manager with at least five years experience in hospitality, leisure or retail fit-out. You will oversee around 15 pub remodel projects annually, focusing on site coordination, contract administration and statutory compliance rather than creative design. The role involves national travel and full responsibility for programme, budget and Building Regulations performance.
