This Glasgow based company are looking for a contracts manager to join their team where you will be working with some of the leading main contractors. This is a great time to join the business as they are experiencing a large period continued growth.
The day to day of this position will involve:
* Leading the delivery of fit-out and FF&E projects, managing them from pre-construction to completion
* Managing and training operatives on site
* CVR Meetings
* Reviewing and managing contracts
* Managing valuations
* Overseeing supply chain performance
To be considered for this role you must have fit-out or FF&E experience.
Salary up to £60k/ negotiable depending on experience plus brilliant benefits package along with great career progression opportunities from day one
