Cygnet Group is seeking an outstanding Bank Autism Support Worker to provide excellent care at Glyn House (ST11 9JG). This role offers flexibility in choosing shifts and hours to suit your availability, supporting staff with sickness and annual leave.
Glyn House supports individuals aged 18+ with autism and complex behavioural support needs. We offer specialist care tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.
Main duties of the job
* Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all individuals in our care
* Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
* Learn about individuals' specific needs and assist in the most appropriate way
* Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
* Safeguard individuals and maintain a safe, clean environment

Candidate requirements
Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with adults with Autism and Complex Behaviours. The role involves providing compassionate, person-centered care, and supporting individuals to achieve greater independence.
