Role Overview: As a Scaffold Designer, you will be responsible for structural designs of scaffolds, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed scaffold designs for a high-volume operation (400500 scaffolds weekly).
Ensure all designs meet safety and structural standards.
Support and mentor colleagues to develop design skills across the team.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design team.
Requirements: Proven experience in scaffold design, ideally in high-volume environments.
