We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Building Services Manager in developing our UK-wide occupational property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, minimizing occupational costs, and ensuring our retail shops and other locations are fit for purpose and compliant with company, operational, and legal requirements within allocated budgets.
This role is home-based with significant travel across the UK and occasional overnight stays. Our Support Centre is located in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
