Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for Qualified Support Workers for a Children’s Residential Care Home located in Burton on Trent.
We are looking for caring and committed Qualified Support Worker’s to support children and young people with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, sensory impairments, and complex care needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Duties of a Qualified Support Worker will include:
13. Supporting children and young people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and sensory impairments
14. Promoting independence and involvement in daily activities
15. Providing personal care and emotional support
16. Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
17. Maintaining accurate records and contributing to care plans
18. Supporting education, health, and social development
19. Participating in sleep-in shifts and flexible working patterns
Requirements:
20. Previous experience working with children and young people with complex needs
21. Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care or Children and Young People’s Workforce
22. Full UK Manual Driving Licence
23. Familiarity with residential care principles
24. Ability to work shifts and sleep in the home overnight
25. Must have valid Right To Work in the UK
